Trailer
NIPPON TREX has the largest share of trailer market in Japan. We have multiple types of trailers that meet customers' various needs. We offer: the Wing type semi-trailers for accomplishing effective loading and unloading due to its side full-opening structure, the van semi-trailers with strong and light-weight monocock type body for a mass transportation, the flat bed semi-trailers for steel materials, and the low bed semi-trailers for heavy construction machineries or tall cargo. We also offer the tank semi-trailers for granular materials which we have a good reputation from our customers because of its high quality and easy operation.
For our trailer's main frame, we adopt the Powder Coating painting system which contributes to high and tough anti-rust performance. Over the years, we have accumulated our state-of-the-art engineering, and know-how from our trailer and truck body production, and we are capable of providing products that satisfy various customers' needs.

Truck Body
NIPPON TREX has a variety of truck bodies. Each of them is specialized for what customer would like to transport. Roughly, we have two major truck body types: one is Wing body and other is closed van body. For the Wing body, both of side panels open rapidly (like gull-wing type swing up door) by hydraulic cylinders. This structure makes an effective loading and unloading. For the closed van, it can be used for a various use from small lot delivery to mass transportation.
In addition, we have multiple variations to each body. For example, we have lines of products that we offer general cargo bodies for general and mixed goods, freezer bodies with heat insulator for something that needs temperature control such as perishables or ice cream, and sandwich panel bodies for an increased refrigerating capability.
We adopt the electrodeposition painting system to the truck body frames and has a top-class rust proof performance in Japan.
