Phosphate coating ＆ powder coating
The steel is treated with a phosphate coating (micron-level unevenness) and shot blasted with an non-ferrous abrasive to ensure high coating adhesion.
For the top coat, a thick powder coating with excellent corrosion protection is applied, giving a beautiful glossy finish with excellent corrosion resistance.
